Terms of Service

peachme.ai is an adult-oriented AI companion product. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live.

peachme.ai provides AI character chat, generated media, memory features, and optional Premium or token purchases. AI responses are fictional and generated automatically. They are not professional advice and must not be relied on for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

You may not use peachme.ai to:

• Request, generate, or distribute sexual content involving minors or anyone portrayed as under 18.
• Harass, threaten, promote self-harm, or encourage illegal activity.
• Attempt to bypass moderation, rate limits, billing controls, or another user's privacy.
• Share payment credentials, government IDs, or other people's personal data in chat.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service in ways that harm other users.

Token packs and Premium are sold through our payment provider. Prices, entitlements, and supported currencies are shown before checkout. Completed purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase time.

Bank or card statements may show a descriptor provided by the payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, contact support@peachme.ai before disputing it so we can help identify the order.

You retain responsibility for messages you send and for how you use generated images or videos. We may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these Terms or creates safety risk.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use generated output from your account for private enjoyment, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create abuse risk, or if required by law.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes personal account data from active systems as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. peachme.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of AI-generated content or service interruptions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
